I have an outside scholarship that requires proof of enrollment. It says "after providing enrollment verification". Where do I get a enrollment verification form from? Also, is there a way where it can show that I'm taking 12 hours?

Are you sure it doesn’t just require for you to mail them a letter of acceptance? I know that is what my scholarships asked for, since they need a location to mail the funds to.

Yeah I’m pretty sure it needs enrollment verification because that’s what the letter says. Also, you can be accepted but decide not to enroll so I guess they need it to make sure that you are going to that university. Where can I get the enrollment verification form?

I think you just need to send them a copy of your class schedule to show them that you’re attending.

[Enrollment Certification | Registrar | University of Texas at Austin](http://registrar.utexas.edu/students/records/enrollment/index.html)

Just FYI, right now the “enrollment verification” is only a registration verification. on september 11, they are able to send out the official enrollment verifications. I sent one to a scholarship foundation and they said they can’t mail me my check until they get the one after september 11.
