Environmental Engineering: Cal Poly SLO vs UCI

Ok so I’ve been accepted into SLO as an EE major but Civil Engineering major for UCI and so it’s time I make a decision of which school I’ll attend to this fall. I have a few questions hopefully you can help me?

  1. If I choose UCI is it difficult to switch into EE?
  2. Just overall, who's better for EE?
  3. I've been thinking about minoring/double majoring in Business Management, would it be difficult to manage both?

I can’t speak much about UCI, but if you put much stock in US News rankings, Cal Poly is #1 for EE at schools that don’t offer PhDs.

I doubt you’ll be able to double and probably won’t be able to minor at either. The engineering curriculum is generally packed.
