Hello so if I was interested in environmental engineering, would physics or environmental science be more helpful in the future as a high school senior class? Thanks
Physics would be more helpful. Physics is the backbone in engineering. Try to take AP physics or calculus based physics. Your first year of college in engineering school you will be expected to take calculus I and II, engineering physics and chemistry, so prepare yourself to be placed in these classes. The first year in engineering school is just basic engineering classes for all of the engineering disciplines so you don’t have to worry about environmental science till later in college.
