ERAU admissions

Thanks for the info and congratulations on your daughter’s acceptance! We are still waiting. It’s not surprising because it takes that long for the FL mail to come to us.

Thank you! I live an hour from campus and it took 5 days! Good luck! Hope you have yours soon!

When did she submit her application? I sent mine in on Aug. 12 and I still haven’t heard anything.

The box arrived today, finally! My son applied for aeronautical science back in August also. The mail is obviously slower than it was before the COVID situation.

Congratulations to you all! I was curious what the timeframe it was from submitting your applications to when you received your packages?

I believe my son submitted his application mid-to-late August, but definitely prior to September because we were told the Aeronautical Science major gets filled up quickly. He received the acceptance notification in the mail yesterday, October 26. I hope you receive yours soon. Good luck.

Congrats @REDARROW!! I am hearing they are behind again getting the packages out.

Yooo! I found my box on the front porch today. I live in North Alabama and applied at the end of September/early October for Homeland Security. So it took about a month from when I applied, but I live much closer to Florida than others. I hope you all receive good news soon as well!

Congratulations! Seems like there is a lot of interest in the Homeland Security major.

My son received a personal phone call yesterday telling him he was accepted but that they were very behind in getting acceptance boxes out. I thought that was a very nice touch.

Has anyone received their scholarship yet? What is the max amount?

Is Daytona campus better or Arizona? I have been accepted as a freshman to Prescott, AZ. Can I change to Daytona , FL campus?

My classmate was offered the Presidential Scholarship ($66,000 potential value). The letter was dated January 27.

I applied on the Embry-Riddle application deadline (mid-January). I haven’t received the box yet. But in an email this morning, the Assistant Director of Admissions assured me that the admission decision should be arriving in the mail.

My son received the Presidential Scholarship $18,500 per year ($74,000) total. He applied to Prescott.

I should clarify. My classmate applied to the Daytona Beach campus. @ajwetzel

I just received my admissions packet by mail. The parcel was dated 2/4.

My son is trying to register for classes for the first time as an Aeronautical Science freshman, but it has been a very frustrating process. Neither the Academic Advisor assigned nor the Admissions Advisor assigned respond to his inquiries. He is trying to figure out his classes on his own with the issue of flight blocks already scheduled for him (one is 5 hours and the other to be determined). There are two courses must be taken together but when he tried to resgister, both rejected because the other one is a prerequisite. He spent hours on this process today. What I don’t understand is, ERAU kept sending us emails about registering for classes now, but at the same time the Academic Advisor is not returning my son’s emails requesting for assistance. Is this the quality of ERAU’s education services?

Quick question. For those of yall who applied during August/December of your Senior year, when is the early admission deadline? I read online somewhere that you should apply by December but it was a little confusing with the rolling admissions.
