If you applied EA....is your "Enrollment Deposit" link active on your account?

My son is taking it as a bad sign that his is not, but I think it's too soon for him to worry.

If you applied EA....is your "Enrollment Deposit" link active on your account?

My son is taking it as a bad sign that his is not, but I think it's too soon for him to worry.

My link takes me to a new page, but I get this message:
"The Enrollment Deposit area of Interactive Services is not available at this time."

I guess you could take that either way. :-)

^^^^^Same here...the letters should arrive next week!

CrewMom: Tell your son not to worry. See the old post from last years EA decision gang called "Emerson EA Deposit" dated 12/13/2007. In that post, this very question was asked, and Santosfan answered "D was accepted and deposit button is NOT unlocked." So, sometimes it is unlocked, and sometimes it is not. Just wait for the letter and read nothing into the status of the button. JUST BREATHE.

Thanks for the replies. I'll tell my son to try to stay calm. Of course I understand his anxiety. Emerson is his first choice.

there was no email notification for my daughter's class three years ago....there was a big envelope in the mail, on 12/15 ( in NJ )

And don't forget: Emerson doesn't offer e-mail, phone or online notification.

Just got my letter in the mail today - I have been defered. It is better than not getting in at all! But here comes another 4 months of waiting.....

Anyone else hear yet?

Ah, zippadeedo12, I'm sure you'll get admitted in the next round. Keep your head held high. =D

I haven't received anything yet. I live in Northern Jersey, so it may take a few days. I'm really nervous!

I'm in!

It's not my first choice but it's definitely an option!

Congratulations likeme!! Could you check the "Enrollment Deposit" link on your Emerson account to see if it is active?

My son got nothing in today's mail....we are in Connecticut.

I am also from Connecticut, and have yet to receive anything...
Congrats, Likeme! It must be such a relief to know, even if its not your top.
And zippadeedo12, I hear ya with the waiting... but on the bright side it means they def think you're good enough... they just want to get a larger scope of the applicant pool. You certainly have a good chance though, so don't drive yourself crazy waiting.
I have a strong feeling I'll get a letter tomorrow... cross your fingers!

Haven't received a letter yet. I'm assuming that no mail at all will come tomorrow, given that it's a Sunday.

ooo haha by tomorrow I meant Monday. No post Sunday...

Got my letter yesterday (Saturday, 12/13). Got deferred.. Emerson wasn't my first choice but now I'm going to be waiting until April to make my final decision.
Oh, and I'm in Massachusetts(:

Congrats to Likeme! You must be so happy!! and classic I feel you with the waiting. It is going to be a long couple months!

Just got my acceptance letter---Sound Design

Congrats Sage! Can you tell me what state you are in and if your enrollment deposit button works on the credcheck?

I'm from Long Island (NY) and no the button does not work. Sorry

That's actually a good thing thanks and congratulations again - sincerely
