Has anyone been accepted yet? And more importantly, anyone still waiting?
I applied late October and my required credentials were received early November but a month has almost passed so I'm kind of nervous (seeing the 'In Process' each time I log in).

Sorry in advance if a similar thread was created and Happy (almost) Thanksgiving, everyone! :)

I applied in the last week of September and was accepted the first week of October. My friend sent in her application almost a month and a half ago, but still hasn’t heard back. When she called admissions, they told her that they take a random stack of applications to review each day, so people can hear back within a day or even months. It’s completely random. Just keep waiting. Also, right now, the office is very busy, so that could also contribute to the delay.

Wow, congratulations to that person and to idk. And kudos to your friend for being able to survive the 1 and 1/2 month wait. I hope we both get in ><

I applied 10/12 (…yeah >.<) and am still waiting. At least I’ve gotten into Pitt’s PharmD program as a back up. I found it kinda weird that another state accepted me before my own made a decision.

I applied 10/25 and I’m still waiting! I had applied to the arts & sciences school for chemistry as well and heard back a week or so later! This is starting to make me nervous!

@JBake0602 same here! It’s so nerve wrecking! Why do you think this is taking so long? I hate that there is no system to how they choose to review applications–it seems totally random. So what’s the benefit of applying so early? Those who have applied a few weeks ago seem to have already received a decision.

I applied in November and heard from the school of arts and sci/ the school of natural and biological sci just a few days later, but did not receive my acceptance from the pharmacy school until this month. At the time of my acceptance to the other two schools, my scores were 30/2080/1340, but I heard back from the pharm school as soon as I sent my updated scores, 1420/2200. I am assuming that it took so long because my initial scores were very low…if you have updated scores, I would definitely say to send them in!
