<p>My application was complete in October and I heard back a week later. Rutgers admission is mostly numbers based but if you are on the cusp they are probably going through your ECs and essay carefully.

<p>Gosh, with a 33 ACT, 2140 SAT, 4.1 weighted GPA you should also be applying to more compeitive schools – and less bureaucratic ones, too. Rutgers is very bureaucratic and discombobulated. </p>
