<p>Do you think it's bad to feel kinda stupid when I let others know about things that only I know? What I mean is, there's this one prestigious science program offered in my state, and I told my friend about it just like when we were talking, and now he's applying, and even though we'll probably both get in, I feel a little dumb since I'm increasing competition for myself. errg.......</p>
<p>Don't worry about it. I mean, think of all the other people you don't know who are also applying. If you tell a few people, it's really not going to make a huge difference.</p>
