<p>So I have to write about an instance in which I displayed some sort of leadership. </p>

<p>Now, am I expected to go the straight-forward (and in my opinion boring) path of "When I was elected for class secretary, I displayed leadership BLA BLA".</p>

<p>Or... </p>

<p>Is it ok if I do something a little more creative?</p>

<p>I'd suggest doing something creative, but don't get too weird. It should catch the reader's eye, but not confuse them.</p>
