Essay Question on Topic

I have a story to write about. It's pretty much how my ACL surgery and my doctor's inability to diagnose with a torn acl 9 months after my injury date and how an immediate surgery made me miss out on my sport season and how it motivated me to become a doctor. I am having a hard time deciding if it would fit any of these topics:

Some students have a background or story that is so central to their identity that they believe their
application would be incomplete without it. If this sounds like you, then please share your story.
• Recount an incident or time when you experienced failure. How did it affect you, and what lessons
did you learn?
• Reflect on a time when you challenged a belief or idea. What prompted you to act? Would you
make the same decision again?
• Describe a place or environment where you are perfectly content. What do you do or experience
there, and why is it meaningful to you?
• Discuss an accomplishment or event, formal or informal, that marked your transition from
childhood to adulthood within your culture, community, or family.

Should I base it on the first topic?

If not, should i write about my time volunteering in the hospital (100+ hours). In addition, i was able to shadow surgeons and get a real feel for the hospital. I did feel pretty comfortable being there. Thanks for the input.

I think it would fit the first one.

I guess I can fit it to say that my identify has changed and is that way because of so and so. Thanks
