<p>I realized after submitting that in one occasion i put an "n" instead of an "m" in the university's name. I used the name multiple times though throughout my application (spelled correctly). Should I email my admissions rep or is it not that big of a deal?</p>

<p>I’d say that it is probably not a <em>huge</em> deal, if you used the name correctly multiple times throughout your paper. M and N are right next to each other on a keyboard after all…</p>
<p>Thank you! That is why the typo even occurred. Hopefully it will be read over or understood that is was a simple missed stroke. </p>
<p>Don’t call the admissions representative. Doing so can ONLY make this minor gaffe appear more signifiant, by highlighting it. It’s a small, inconsequential error – embarrassing, perhaps – but don’t enlarge it. </p>
<p>At least you didn’t use the wrong college’s name…I’ve heard horror stories.</p>
