I must've read it like 20 times before i hit submit and even made a few other people read it and now after reading it again i saw that i misspelled something in the very last sentence. My heart dropped, do you think it could hurt me in any way, shape or form?? this is making me really nervous. It is pretty minor though, i put a t instead of a d for a word. Will it hurt my chances if they notice and is there anything i could do to fix it??

any suggestions please

If you didn’t notice and nobody else did, maybe the admissions officers won’t either. If you have an amazing essay, one mistake won’t be the death of you.

If your essay’s brilliant, and that’s the only mistake you have, then it shouldn’t make a difference. Admissions officers usually forgive 1-2 minor errors.

okay, that makes me feel better. I agree, if no one else noticed it, than the admissions officers hopefully won’t either. thanks

aslong as your essay isnt riddled with mistakes one or two minor things wont make a difference relax.
