Okay, so a lot of my essay are asking me to explain what my future dream or aspirations are, or what my goals for my career are going to be. Im planning on going as a econ/business major and what i really want to do is become an entrepreneur. That's it. I know it sounds cliche but that's really what I want to do before or after I leave university. Do you think I should go ahead and base my essays on that or should I just give some random job title like "marketing manager" or "Stockbroker" and pretend that that was my life goal?

I think that entrepreneur sounds a lot more interesting than just a random job title. The key will be to describe how you envision yourself as an entrepreneur.

What would be your purpose or advantage in making something up to conceal your interests? Is that how you operate instinctively? Do you think that serves you, cause I don’t get it.

@BrownParent I dont want to make something up but I dont know whether universities will like me using the term “entrepreneur” to describe my future goal. I think they might consider me a bit of a unsure candidate who doesnt really know what he plans to do. This is why im asking should i just use a job title like marketing manager instead
