My daughter did her middle school years in Switzerland and Canada as we were expats there. She has traveled all over the world and has a very global perceptive, is there a way to highlight that on her college application. Any benefit?

She could talk about it in her essays. Just make sure she doesn’t come off as someone who travelled a lot because her family is rich enough to afford it.

For sure put this in the Essay and talk to interviewers about it.

Alexmer- There is nothing wrong with subtly reinforcing the fact that one doesn’t need financial aid.

Mandalorian, I appreciate your sarcasam. It gave me a new question. How do private schools see not needing the financial aid, positively or negatively?

For non- 100% need blind schools, it helps you. If two applicants have identical grades, test scores, essays, etc, schools will pick the one who can pay full fare.

FYI WorryHurry, if you have a question, it’s only necessary to post in one forum.
