Hey all I know this place probably HATES "chance me" posts but my high school grades have me completely lost if I even have a small chance here.

Basically long story short I graduated high school with a 2.0 GPA

I've been at Community College and should be applying with 51 credits and a ~3.7 GPA with a 4.0 GPA in my government classes (I plan on majoring in government). I will actually be transferring with 65ish credits.

EC's since high school:
I have worked on 2 political campaigns in the last 1-2 years, have built up my own political based website over the past 2 years that I make money off of, had an internship at a law firm, work full time, volunteer at the SPCA and food kitchens....Also a member of Phi Theta Kappa if that counts as anything and made deans list for 12'-13'

I am a first generation hispanic male if that matters...

Just curious if you all think I have ANY chance at all? Ithaca NY and Cornell seem like such a nice place to explore academically and socially. I really want to go here.

However, I don't want to waste my $75 on the application and time on the essays if theres no real chance I'll be getting in.

Any opinions?
