<p>By "evening", do they mean around 6'o'clock or what? I'm going insane.</p>
<p>It usually means 5pm.</p>
<p>The server is going to be so swamped that evening I doubt it will be easy to get in. By friday morn, it should certainly be posted.</p>
<p>Yeah, I would wait until Friday morning. Some people really need to learn not to crash the server by repeatedly refreshing the page.</p>
<p>When people like this guy ask what time decisions are released, tell them 8pm. Then the server won't be so overloaded. Oh, and you can always tell them the truth after you get your own decision :-)</p>
