They have been sending me stuff, and today I signed up on their online website because they sent me an application code, but when I googled "expanding college opportunities", I noticed a lot of people from previous years got 8 fee wavers (which would be really nice because my parents are divorced and my dad just quit his job). I looked on the website and it said nothing about them giving me fee wavers but just rambled on about maybe qualifying for them if you have low income (which I don't, per se, but I feel bad about applying to tons of schools and asking my parents for money).

So, does anyone think that fee wavers may be coming in the mail? Has anyone gotten fee wavers from ECO this year, or should I just give up on it?

Also, on a side note, how do they select people for this program? My SAT is just 2130, so it's not really Harvard-good, and I'm just curious.

I was a participant in the ECO last year. ECO did not provide any fee waivers, but they sent me “a token of appreciation” after a long survey in May or June.
