for all you NYU students would you recommend the exploration floors, i was thinking about a couple different option but im not sure whether or not i should let them decide the hall i live in? Also im in stern so can i still join the artsy ones or am i limited to the boring ones? ANother question how involved are the floors must i go to everything they offer? just general first hand knowledge would be great
thanks

i did explorations and i loved it because i really liked the theme (theatre/shows) and the floor really bonded and we had lots of fun. they tend to be very social but not necessarily in a partyish way. you're expected to go to things but you don't have to. i go to them when i'm not busy. you can apply for whatever one you want - there are a few stern people in our one. if you do explorations, i recommend goddard because it's a great location and nice building and very explorations-y. if you have any other q's let me know!

I really like the sound of the fashion one...too bad it's in Third North. I'm not sure apartment-style is the best plan for freshman year. If only it was in Hayden or Rubin I'd be there in a second ;)
Decisions, decisions...
