If anyone has received/applied for external scholarships, please let me know the name of the program. I have been accepted to CMU SCS, but CMU gives 0 aid (merit as well as need-based) to int’l students. So even the tiniest external aid I get would be a boon.

There are very few external scholarships available for intenratinoal students so it would better not to spend time on that
I know nil, let me confess. However, are you good enough for institutional aid? Meaning get private companies to sponsor you, you can work for them during su!mere or after you graduate. That’s all I’ve got.
The one you mentioned is for studying abroad. I don’t think the OP is looking for such thing
