<p>I was just wondering if I can send in an extra letter of recommendation letter with my application? If I can, where should I send it to? the admission office?</p>

<p>What information should I tell my recommender to put on the letter about me? Do I tell him to put my school’s name? Birthday? Common Apps ID?</p>
<p>You can send in another teacher recommendation form from the common app. That has all the required details.</p>
