<p>I volunteered at an animal shelter for about 3 or 4 months... but i had a very bad incident there, so I decided it would be best to stop going. I tried to find another, but they require you to be 18 (all the ones near by). Anyway, would it look bad if i put that I volunteered there on an application, since it was just a short time?</p>
<p>I don't have that many activites (leo club, habitat for humanity, math club, softball, & I have a job) and I plan on joining 1 more this year, and will be in the honor society this year too. My school doesn't have that many activities after school, and a couple that I joined didn't have enough people to be maintained after a couple of months (So I don't plan on putting those). So yeah, will I look bad if I was in something for a short period of time? I was looking at some of the college essay themes, and I plan on writing something about animals/my dog since that's what I want to do, so I feel it will also make me look bad because I do want to major in something that has to do with animals yet stopped going to the animal shelter.......</p>
