I have a community service-based extracurricular. We have garnered 800 likes on our Facebook page. We basically fundraise for poor students and visit schools to help poor students. So, In the description portion, should I just list the stuff we collected, how many fundraisers we’ve organized, and how many schools we visit? Or, can I also include that our Facebook page has gotten 800 likes in 2 years?

Would this even be an impressive number?

Common app doesn’t allow that many characters to use in your description any longer, so be concise as possible. Leave out extraneous info such as the stuff you collected. In a very short amount of space you need to convey what this service organization does.
