extracurriculars for grad programs/law schools

i'm currently a political science/philosophy major at GWU and after my BA i want to apply to either law school or a Masters/Ph.D program in philosophy at a top university (like harvard, yale, princeton etc.)
i'm coming to the end of my sophomore year and i don't have that much as far as extra-curriculars go but my GPA is pretty good (3.9) and i do well in all my classes, and i like to think i know my subjects (politics and philosophy) to a pretty deep degree.

is it worth me pursuing any extra curriculars like debate or something to make my application to grad/or law school look better or do they mainly just care about grades?

let me know!

Graduate schools will not care about extracurriculars at all. We will care about GPA, GREs, your personal statement and writing sample, and your letters of recommendation.

I have no idea about law schools.
