What would be good extracurriculars or classes for a future psychology major during high school?
I’m applying as a psych major and some of my psych related EC’s were writing articles for a mental health organization, taking online counseling courses, and working with the special ed department.
Courses: statistics. Extracurriculars: anything that allows you to work with people (e.g., volunteering at a nursing home, tutoring middle schoolers, volunteering at an after school program for elementary kids, working at an emergency shelter, volunteering at the VA…)

Your extracurriculars don’t have to line up perfectly with your expected major. Just do the things that you like to do - follow your interests. Most people have very varied interests and their hobbies and passions aren’t all directly related to their careers.
