Extracurriculars?

So, right now I'm the President of East Asian Club (nothing national or special, probably just the opposite but I love them anyways)
Maybe treasurer of Best Buddies
Student Government member
I started a writers club
I play piano pretty well and the flute too (i'm gonna learn to play the bamboo flute which isn't that much different) and will do stuff with those instruments
I also started ballet this year.
I write for the local teen section, gonna start doing their radio broadcast once a month
I'm in a program at the Walnut Street Theatre in Philadelphia
I sing a bit in chorus, and church choir maybe if it starts up again

this doesn't include schoolwork or awards

I don't feel like doing any more ECs to be honest, maybe I'll pick up a sport or marching band again, but do you think that Harvard will be ok I don't do as much as other people? I heard of focusing on a couple ECs is important, but is it too little?

You’ve got the phrasing of the advice on this subject down, but are misinterpreting its emphasis. Focusing on a couple extracurriculars is perfectly acceptable; that’s what I did. However, are you focusing on them? Or are you just floating happily through them without making a difference or doing anything special? The second isn’t a bad option or bad life choice, but it’s not going to get you into Harvard.

Thank you for your reply
You got into Harvard? Congrats:) Well, the thing is these aren’t academic clubs. I’m academically gifted if that counts for anything, but would ivy league like to see more “academic stuff” ?

And yes, I will focus on these more and make them better!
