extremely ****ed off

I took 3 ap tests - bio, stat, and lang&comp.

I knew I bombed my stat test, since the teacher was "so stupid"

How can a teacher ask me questions?

So by the way, I got 5 for bio, 3 for stat, and 3 for Eng Lang&comp.

FML

Um, I’m sorry.

(But oftentimes you cannot rely solely on the teacher)

I Know. But at least they should not yell at me for asking them questions. For instance, once when I asked several FRQs to my stat teacher, he yelled at me. “I have no idea with these stuff. You should not ask me questions but look up ap stat prep books by yourself. You are not studying hard enough.” And English teacher just didn’t want to teach. I know I cannot rely soley on teachers, but I think they should “at least” try to teach or help students who do not comprehend the materials.

Are your scores only the teacher’s fault?

Don’t worry about 3s; even the most selective Ivy League schools are neutral towards 3s.

I would not say my 3’s are soley teachers fault. I studied extremely hard, so maybe I’m just a dumbass. But considering that all students in my ap stat class didn’t even know what t-test was, I’m pretty confident that my stat teacher did not do a great job.

I’m an international student, so much material in ap eng class was pretty tough for me. And I was the only international student who took ap eng class, so I understand that the teacher could not stick to me.

bri1a4n// thank you. That comment helps me alot. I’m just really upset because now I think all the time I put for studying ap subjects was completely pointless

My stat teacher didn’t know anything either. She asked me questions too, and didn’t know about the 1/4 point deduction on the test. Not knowing about something so basic was a major red flag to me. So I had to rely on a review book. I busted out a 4 after a stressful year of trying to block out what my teacher was telling me and dealing with kids in a class where only a 1/3 of the class even took the exam, and most probably got 1s and 2s.

finally met someone who understands me. It is extremely hard to grasp concepts when there is no available assistance. The only thing somewhat soothes me is that the teacher is kicked out of the school since he did so poorly on his job.
