I am in the last term of my Bachelor's degree but unfortunately, in one class I received the F. I am going to retake the class. I have tried withdrawing but the college confirmed I cannot do so and the professor will not do anything. Does having 1 F on the transcript hurt me for admission chances into graduate school even if I retake and pass the class. This is really the first time it has ever happened. I have always received A's, B's, 3 C's, and no W's or D's throughout my college career. It is the only class that remains for my Bachelor's degree. Instead of 2.5 years, it will take me 3 years to finish the Bachelor's program now that I have to retake the class. I am in a total of 6 classes this term so I will have 4 A's, 1 B, and 1 D.

Yes, it hurts you, but it doesn’t mean you won’t get in. I got an F in social psychology. I AM a social psychologist. I still got into a program concentrating on social psychology. If otherwise your grades are good, then you’ll be okay.
