I went to US this year in Jan for studies at Webster University . My visa went into administrative processing but was cleared and I could go.
But this was my first time going out abroad on my own and I became incredibly homesick. My grandmother was also sick and she died later.
I returned from US within 6 days.

I returned but made a big mistake. I am not in any college and thus I wasted my life. I applied at community college and was accepted.

I had my visa interview at Delhi yesterday but I was rejected.
The consulate officer did not hand me any rejection slips. She also gave me the reason of why she cannot approve of my visa. She said an associates degree is nothing and I should have applied for Webster again instead of community college. Also due to my nervousness I gave a lot of bundled up answers which didn't satisfy her

She didnt give me any rejection slip or page but gave me this EducationUSA page advising me to seek their help and said she encourages me to apply for visa as soon as possible.

What does this mean and when should I apply now? Should apply for Webster again and apply this month again? Or should I wait? Will my visa be rejected if I apply at Webster again?

She did not refuse or even talk about my homesickness. All she was saying was why did I choose a community college when I could have chosen Webster again?

Did you withdraw from Webster or did you take a semester off when you left for India? What is the status of your admission with Webster? If you are still enrolled and and took a leave of absence on the basis medical or family crisis, then maybe you can go back to Webster. I think that would be treated as ‘deferred’ enrolment. You would have to check with Webster and confirm.

If you are not enrolled at Webster, you could apply for fresh admissions at other colleges this fall - class of 2018, as a ‘gap’ year student and once accepted apply for F1 visa.

I withdrew from Webster. Will applying for webster again cause issues with F1 visa?

The best way would be to write to Webster and confirm if you can apply there again.

The best way would be to write to Webster and confirm if you can apply there again. From what I have read if you withdraw you can apply for readmission.

[Admission | Webster University](http://www.webster.edu/catalog/2013-2014/undergraduate-catalog/admission.html)

“Readmission
Degree-seeking students whose enrollment has been interrupted for one calendar year or longer must apply for readmission prior to resuming studies at the University. Readmitted students follow the academic policies and degree requirements of the catalog in effect at the term of their re-enrollment. Readmission is normally requested through the Office of Academic Advising.”

And once they offer and you accept, they will issue you an I-20 and then you apply for F 1 again.

I did and they are readmitting me. But I am afraid what if my visa gets into trouble again?

Give interview confidently and practice for it. Increase your confidence, it can do wonders!

Be honest and stick to facts. Mention that you had withdrawn from Webster’s due to family crisis and have been readmitted. The visa guys are good people trying to do their job. And they were nice enough to guide you to re-apply at Webster. I think you will be fine.
