<p>FA components are often added bit-by-bit, so those checking in may see a partial package. USC will email when the package is complete, so if you haven’t received an email, don’t panic - wait for the email (then panic… 
).</p>
<p>In the past complete packages w/email notification appeared at the end of the first week of April. The blog post when acceptances were sent suggested they were trying to get the FA out as soon as possible, so perhaps this year it will be earlier.</p>
