FA required documentation says to provide 2012 tax return.
I don't have my W2 yet. I won't be able to finish those until April. Dealine for FA documents is 31 Jan what to do? Does anyone know what to do?

You need to check with the schools, PFS, or whoever.

See this thread for more details:

Why so late on W2s? I thought they were required to be sent by 31 Jan. If you get a paycheck then your final paycheck of 2012 should show almost everything you need to fill out the PFS. If you are awaiting 1099’s for work (vs. 1099-DIVs for bank accounts or investments), they, too, are supposed to be send before eom.

Our tax preparer fills out a non-filable version of our taxes, and when the forms are all in, we file. Also, check with your employer if they are large enough to have a company beneftis site—you might find you can download a W2 if it hasn’t yet been mailed. Many co’s are putting them online earlier than they would have mailed them.

FWIW, everyone applying for FA at BS is in pretty much the same boat. If something major is holding up forms, you will, as alooknac said, need to check with each school.

For many schools, 2011 tax docs need to be submitted by their FA application deadline, but 2012 tax docs can be submitted in early to mid February.
