FA Trouble! Please Help!

My Financial Aid award finally came online...and all there is is my Presidential Scholarship. No loans, no grants, no nothing. The Housing Plans and Enrollment Plans sections are blank, and so is the Special Message/Disclaimer.

Could this be a mistake? Could the page still be updating?

My family is far worse off this year than last, and I received A TON of aid last year! Nothing this year? It has to be an error!

Anyone else encounter this issue, where all of their info wasn't posted?

PLEASE HELP!

Exact same thing here - Scholarship only. nothing else.

I checked my financial aid section and it only has the welcome message…I got a letter saying that I got the Deans Scholarship…I am a little concerned

freshprince - continuing students get packages in June. This is April.

majichen - you figure they lied to you in the letter? Really?

Arctic - it could be the rest of your package hasn’t posted yet.

Arctic & majichen: Call the FA office.

freshprince: wait for June.

alamemom - I am an incoming Freshman. I applied last year and took a gap year.

So call the FA office! If your package is ready, they’ll tell you over the phone. If it isn’t ready, they will tell you to be patient a few more days. If your housing and enrollment plans are blank - it is clear your package hasn’t posted yet.

hmm… i’ll call in a few hours. isn’t it 8 in the morning over in cali? :)

Yep, you were right. They posted up the scholarship results, but haven’t finished working out my need-based aid yet. phew.

thefreshprince, USC allowed you to defer your enrollment for one year? I thought they didn’t do that.

^ but you can update application term to be the next year. that’s the only thing he could have done. it still goes under review.

i don’t think USC would allow a gap year unless there are extenuating circumstances, which there may be.

LMU10 is correct. They allowed me to update my app, not defer
