FA Wait List?

How likely is it to get off a FA waitlist? I got my acceptance to Chatham Hall today, however I was put on the FA wait list and I can't pay to go so I'm depending on this. Does anyone know any statistics or something to give me an idea of how my chances are?

P.S. I got a blanket in my acceptance package. I was like wow last year I only got a water bottle.

It doesn't have to be on specifically Chatham, just if anyone knows anything about FA wait list in general....

Bump.......

No idea. Maybe it has to do with how many students accept that need FA.

Yeah, I guess I just have to wait it out.

FA waitlist will be easier to get off of than the real wait list. You are already admitted and everyone one with FA who denies will be replaced. They do not, at least not to my knowledge, over accept FA; so you should be in good shape.

Also, reiterate that you CANNOT GO without the money, be explicit on how much money the barrier is at. Also consider loans.

Best of luck.

Thanks, tha really does make me feel a little better. And I don't really want to consider loans. My mom already owes money from the loans she took out to get through nursing school.

Do you think the FA waiting list is small or large?

I have been placed on two F/A waiting lists as well... and since I'm applying for junior year, I'll probably at the WAY wayy bottom of the list... ( Anyways, that's pretty much what they told me )
