I looked at the stats of applicants:enrolled (but it didn't include the "accepted" numbers) for the Faculty of Arts, and it was a much higher (as in, more applicants per enrolled) than any of the other faculties. As far as acceptances go, is Arts more difficult to get into than other faculties, and/or the overall published acceptance rate?

Furthermore, I only have a 3.5 UW GPA, and I'm not taking the most difficult English classes that I could be my senior year (but I have in years past, and gotten As). I did get a 33 ACT (with a 36 in the English and 34 in both Reading and Writing). Uh...... could someone chance me, I guess?

Your chances aren't bad, but nothing's for sure.

Talk to your college/guidance counselor at your school and have her/him talk to people at McGill; adcom will most likely be upfront with your gc.
