<p>Depends, typically a person applying to the Faculty of Languages and Linguistics has a broad backround in languages. Extracuricular wise, i feel that the school demands some focus on languages outside of school. GPA and SAT wise it should be about the same.</p>
<p>I think getting into FLL is the same as getting into the college. As long as you demonstrate a passion for FLL, whether in your essays or extracurriculars, or classes, you are doing the best you can do. I only took one language in high school (albeit for 4 years) & my test scores for it were not that great, so I made sure to express to the best of my ability my passion for FLL in 2 of my 3 essays.</p>
