FAFSA eligibility - high school diploma

According to the FAFSA eligibility requirements, the student must:
....

Have a high school diploma or a General Education Development (GED) Certificate or pass an exam approved by the U.S. Department of Education.

....
I've graduated from a foreign high school and an university.
Currently I'm applying for one of the MBA programs.
While my current level of education is equivalent to a B.S., I'm afraid I don't meet the high school diploma requirements.

Questions:
1. is the high school requirement verified by FAFSA or an MBA program?
2. if it's verified by an MBA Program, can this requirement be waived based on results of the foreign diploma evaluation?
3. if this requirement MUST be met, what is the deadline to provide the evidence?
4. what is the fastest way to meet this requirement?

If you are an international student, you can't file the FAFSA -- it is for federal aid and available for US citizens and permanent residents (with the correct visa).

If you are a US citizen or permanent resident, then you are fine. The FAFSA requirements are essentially an "ability to benefit" test to ensure that you can be successful when attending college. A foreign high school diploma and university degree meet the requirement.

You do realize that financial aid for graduate level work (MBA) is pretty much just loans, correct?
