<p>When they say school year, do they mean your graduating year of high school or the year of college you will be going into? I'm going to enter college in Fall 2010, so do I wait until I see a 2010-2011 application come up, or do I do that now? I'm asking now because I'm applying ED to UPenn and I want to get this done as soon as possible. Will it be available before Nov. 1st or do you submit that later? Sorry for all the questions, this is clearly my first time applying to anything college related. :P</p>
