My daughter set up an id and was already verified by the SSA. However every time she logged out and later got back in, the previous completed pages didn’t save and she has to start all over again. I am very sure she hit save every page and the screen said successfully saved. We tried different computers and different browsers, didn’t work. Any ideas? Thanks!
You might want to contact the FAFSA helpline: 1-800-433-3243. If there is some sort of technical issue with the website, they might be able to provide additional guidance.
