The University I attended was not what I was looking for and also, I did not know what I wanted to do as a career. I really wanted to transfer my Freshman year of college 2 years ago, but my parents wanted me to just finish it out even though I was not happy, which really affected my school work and attendance. So, I eventually failed and it's been almost a year now. My dream has always been to attend an Art School and I've figured out what I want to do as a career. My question is where do I go from here? I am ready to start fresh and stay fully committed. I know what I want in order to make me happy and I am ready for whatever. I've been researching that it's best to start off at a community college to raise up my GPA, but if I talk to different art school administrators and tell them I failed out of the University and I am willing to fully commit and do whatever it takes to become admitted, will they accept me? Your help is greatly appreciated!!!!

Not enough info. But regardless of record so far, you need 1-2 years of highly productive work/school/art. Then–not now–talk to the arts schools you are really interested in.
