2 years at a community college and now my third year i'm attending a University

so my GPA was around a 3.3 at Community College
2 C's some B's & The Rest A's

this year i signed up for 13 credits
genetics
bio 2
chem 1 with lab

i dropped the lab so i'm at 12 credits

i'm failing all my classes.

i have no motivation, i feel tired and depressed.
i work a lot too and i have other responsibilities to do.

so my question if i were to fail like get a 0.00 GPA this semester will i still get FAFSA next semester, i'm planing to go back to the Community College i hate this school, the administration suck and the people that work at the offices don't know how to answer my question.

will they place my on academic probation?

i'm certain that i will get a 4.0 next semester it's just that i'm really depressed, tired this semester.

last 7 classes i took i got 6 A's & a C

so should i stay until the end and receive 3 F's or Withdraw by the way i will go back to my community college but my question is will i get FAFSA for the next semester which is the winter one?

if i get F's i won't need to transfer anything i mean i failed them why even transfer them, does it matter?

You should withdraw rather than take the F’s. You will always have those F’s.

What can you take at community college? You already have 2 years there. You can’t keep going to cc forever as you will run out of financial aid. You can’t ‘get’ FAFSA, only the loans and grants it says you qualify for.

You should also immediately seek treatment for your depression if you want to have any chance at a full medical withdrawal and any cancelled financial obligations — because you’d need documentation from a doc-type. Talk to your financial aid people immediately and ask about the implication for all Fs or all Ws this semester. I bet those other “obligations” might be really getting in the way of your education. What’s going on?

I agree with the other posters regarding withdrawing and seeking treatment ASAP for your depression. It sounds like you’re overwhelmed and expectedly so-you’re taking pretty difficult classes that look like they’re premed classes? Most important: please take care of yourself FIRST. Then you can sort out the rest of ‘life’ later

Dropping is best, if that deadline passed, withdraw is next best, F is worst. Go to your school health center (NOW, tomorrow, do not delay) while you are still enrolled at this college and tell them what is going on with you and they will tell you who to talk to in administration. Go to your advisor or the administration and tell what is going on with you and find out if a leave is best. Read your student handbook to see how Satisfactory Academic Progress works. If you are okay with SAP you will get your aid. If not then your aid is suspended until you are back in guidelines which means you have to pay yourself. You will not get aid at the CC either. They will need your transcripts from this college to determine if you qualify for aid. Taking aid without qualifying is fraud. Don’t try to hide your semester transcripts.

So first stop tomorrow is health center to discuss mental health situation and how to deal with your academic situation. Then administration, because depending on the timing of the withdrawal, you may owe money for this semester. Just take care of it and find out your options FROM YOUR SCHOOL, NOT HERE so you leave the least damage as possible.

Usually you can find your college’s SAP guidelines online if you want to start getting familiar with that.

Agree with all of the above posters. You have a full load of science classes and if you are not motivated, no amount of help is going to save your grades. Your financial aid is impacted by your grades, so you need to talk to someone at your current school. Good luck and do it now!
