<p>Hello CC,
I applied as a transfer student at the end of November and got a 3.35 GPA (16 credits) for my first semester at a private university in Minnesota (University of St. Thomas, St. Paul). I am thinking about writing an additional statement explaining my high school performance (3.36 GPA) because I feel that I am not qualified. At my current university I am part of several clubs (finance, marketing, accounting) and have been playing Division III tennis since the first week of school. I also worked several hours a week while I was in school too. </p>
<p>Any feedback/information would be very helpful.</p>
