<p>Georgia Tech received my transcript about a week or so ago. Is it possible that I will get a decision on the 15th?? Also my friend might want to transfer to tech, is easier to transfer into Liberal Arts at Tech compared to their other schools such as engineering, computer science, business, etc. (meaning is it less competitive therefore easier)? Thanks!</p>
