I still have not heard from UCSC, even though decisions were mailed out starting March 17th. My UCSC admissions portal still says that my decision is pending. Does UCLA also do this? Is it possible that I will not receive an answer this coming Friday at 5?

@sbccstudent19 I’m on the same boat as you. I think we should check. Coachella will either be a time for us to celebrate or bring our spirits up lol. Either way we’ll have some comfort from a great weekend.

Yeah, I just visited a professor of mine to check out my letter of rec and it’s killer. Last year, he wrote a letter of rec that helped get a student of his Regents.
My only worry is that as a first year transfer, I’ll be way less competitive.
@yy Trying to work on it, but I only vaguely know what I want to do with my life. How is it going for you?

@calivalleyyy Nope, wasn’t invited to Regents last year or this year. I did get accepted to UCI last week though, so I’m hopeful that means a UCLA acceptance too.
