Hello sorry if this is a dumb question but when do they start accepting Fall transfer applications? Thank you
October 1 until November 30, 2017
I’m a sophomore at a 4 year college with a 3.35 gpa. what are my chances?
That’s not really enough information for someone to holistically give their opinion on what your chance is.
Based on your GPA, which is a weak, your chances don’t seem great.
Then again, it depends on soooo much more than just your GPA.
@whostolemycookie It depends on the major you’re applying to, whether it’s impacted. I have friends who were admitted through CPP to Construction Engineering with as low as 2.5 GPA, to 2.9 because the major was/is not impacted at the time. Similarly, someone was admitted to Architecture last year with a GPA less than 2.7. But if you’re trying to get into say, Mechanical/Aerospace with a 3.35 that’s a snowball’s chance in hell-- b/c people with 4.0+ GPAs regularly apply for these. Consider major impaction if there is one and the level of your competitors. One good thing is that CPP is currently not impacted at campus level.
