<p>Are your chances of acceptance different if you apply for fall ED or winter ED?</p>
<p>This has me slightly worried. My mom won't let me do fall ED because she wants to clear up financial aid questions before I sign anything.</p>
<p>I think winter ED is mostly geared towards students that applied ED elsewhere, got deferred or rejected, and don't want to take a chance with RD. It is still binding, so the odds are still better then RD (probably the same as fall ED, or close).</p>
