I stand corrected then, but a good portion do live in Springs. One reason could be that they get free food in gator dining. They get the back room that has the better food.

Is there anyone here who has been assigned housing but still has not been assigned a roommate?

Did UF send an email to you guys? Because I didn't get one yet.

Yes, we got E-mails regarding our housing. They came early, so maybe some people still aren't housed.

I got lakeside for the summer. Still no word on fall. I'm hoping for Hume.

that special back room is called 'training table' and you can eat there too, its like 20 dollars a meal or something.. but they have like lobster and steak all the time or something, its kind of crazy.

i have a friend who pole vaulted for UF, so she would bring me awesome food sometimes. l0l. but they can only eat there once a day, and you dont have to live on campus to eat in the dining halls.

i still eat at gator dining (gatorD) all the time. if you look at the menus online and go on good days you can really get your 7 dollars worth. :)

since you are all living on campus, heres the dining hall break down.

broward has better breakfast and good food if you like ethnic stuff. always has pizza.
gator dining always has sandwiches and hamburgers, hot dogs and french fries. also omelets all the time and pasta all the time... i think they normally have pizza too.. the food is better over here most of the time imo. :)

(to the person who got yullee, thats a great dorm, the floors and windows just got redone like this year so its pretty nice!)

good luck!!
