Some additional letters of recommendation that is part of my application are a letter of recommendation from the technical director of my school's theater program and my internship supervisor. I know that at least the technical director has sent his recommendation already. Would I have to send the Family/Community Recommendation Form to either the technical director and the internship supervisor or can they just send the letter without the form?

Greg,

The Family/Community Recommendation Form helps us identify you when received along with the recommendation letter. If the recommendation letter comes without the official form, that’s still fine. Just make sure that your full name (and email / birthday) is written on the form so we can add it to the correct file.

My recommendation: use the official form that we provide.

Best,

Tyler

My email isn’t on the letters but my full name and birth date is on them. That would be enough to identify my file, right?

Yes you should be fine. You can also log in to your MyRoc account to see when the Family Recommendation letter arrives.

A nice green check mark should pop up next to it when it has been added to your file.
