<p>I am very confused as to what I should put in this section.
I am an American citizen, but both my parents were born overseas and therefore were not born in any State or Providence and City, at least one that can be attempted to be spelled.
Please Advise.</p>
<p>Just put the name of the city or province where your parents were born. It doesn’t matter if it’s a place outside the U.S.</p>
