Family responsibilities - EC or additional info?

Hey everyone,

So I have what's probably a stupid question. I've searched around the forum and I've seen several different answers, so I figured I'd ask to make sure. Basically, my mom has stayed sick throughout my high school years. On top of back, neck, and knee problems that keep her from doing a lot, she's developed legionnaires disease twice, she has autoimmune disease since her thyroid is inactive, which basically causes her to stay sick. Because of this and the fact that my dad works all day, I've pretty much had to do all of the cooking, cleaning, laundry, and basic running of the house. This is on top of yard work, house remodeling, picking up prescriptions, taking her to doctors appointments, grocery shopping, etc. So it takes up a good chunk of my time.

Basically, I planned on mentioning this in additional info, but should I list this as an EC as well? I ask because there is a category on the drop-down menu that says "family responsibilities" but I've read around here that you shouldn't list stuff like that as an EC... so I'm pretty confused. Can someone clarify all of this for me?

Any help is appreciated! :)

I have the same situation also. So if anyone could please answer this question. I would greatly appreaciate it

You can list this in both spaces. Briefly as an EC, with the amount of time itemized, and then elaborate in the additional information session.

^Cool, I was doing it right then. Thanks :)
