<p>I want to make motel reservations for Family Weekend (October 4, 5) and am wondering if students’ families also attend Homecoming (October 14 - 19), or are the activities largely for the students and alumni?</p>
<p>Family weekend is the better thing for you to attend. We have only been to one homecoming and that is because it fell during the Wisconsin game which is why were were going to Columbus to visit our son. </p>
<p>Smart to make hotel reservations. Be sure to look online at the family weekend page because Ohio State usually offers discounts with the hotels in the area.</p>
