Does anyone have info on the dates for Welcome Week 2015, also how long do parents stick around after the students are moved in? Is there anything designated for parents to do during the move in week or is it just for the students? We don’t want to over stay our welcome, but we don’t want him to feel like we just deserted him either.
We only stayed the day. We moved our daughter in, attending a parent meeting given by her scholar’s program, had dinner with her, her roommates and parents, and then hit the road. The Welcome week is for the students I believe.

There will be many activities for parents, and it is a lot of fun.
Make sure you register early for events you want to attend, space is limited and some of the events
are very popular. If you are a legacy parent, the Legacy Parent luncheon fills up fast. And make your hotel
reservations in advance as well.
